So many people are working out; Summer, swim-suits, high cholesterol, etc. But are they exercising correctly? Upon beginning any exercise program, it is highly recommended that you seek the advice of your physician and the advice of a qualified, trainer. Here's why!
You may have incurred an injury, you've recently become pregnant or may have given birth, you may be taking various prescription and/or over-the-counter, medications, etc. Consequently, the exercises you choose and at the intensity levels, you decide upon- may actually hurt you, not help you!
With regard to a previous and/or existing injury, it's imperative to know exactly what ranges of motion you should use, what your overall load entails and your exercise, choices. Similarly, certain medications can impede your ability to find an accurate, exercise pulse, check- so other exercise intensity, measurements may be imposed by your personal trainer. If you ignore such factors, you could exacerbate an injury and/or you may over-tax your heart in relation to your target heart rate ranges, conducive to your fitness goals!
Therefore as aforementioned, It is truly imperative to seek the professional advice and services of your physician and a qualified/certified personal trainer.
