I met Mike several years ago and have been training with him ever since. Mike is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of training physically and a great motivator. Because of Mikes devotion to health, proper diet and physical training I work out almost 7 days a week every week. Training Day 1 a success: he seems nice and definitely tailors a routine to your specific needs--and I need someone who's gonna kick my butt at workout (but not in a drI'll sergeant kind of way, which he is definitely not). I used to exercise regularly but lost touch over the past year. Mike was very helpful in understanding my requirement and pushed me just right to get the best out of me. We did some really good full body exercises and weights. Followed it up with some kickboxing cardio. Left me feeling really good after so many months. What I also liked was that he taught stretching exercises after each set. That really helped. I am going to work with Mike for a few months to get back in shape. Mike also explained why we were doing what we were doing. Thanks Mike for being a great teacher.

Mike was great before, during, and after my first session. He was in contact with me regarding my goals and baselines before we began and came prepared so that our session was productive from the very beginning. He worked hard to make sure that I was working hard, but within my limits. Mike Carmiche 111 is awesome! He'll kick your butt--and you'll thank him for it! My partner and I definitely feel the workout. We're pushing ourselves, but in a good way--with not too many aches the next day except the kind of aches that mean you're making progress.
